I am looking for an affordable but beautiful venue that you can cater your self, but provides tables chairs and crockery ect.

Im not sure what the criteria or protocols are down your way but have you thought of hiring a marae for a venue has a sleeping house p and kitchen and bathroom facilities all in one place. You don't have to be from there but it would help if you knew someone from a marae as they would be able to explain the rules of the marae.
